OOPBUY Spreadsheet Guide 2026: How to Check Finds Before Ordering

Finding a cheap link takes seconds. Checking whether it still shows the right item—and whether the purchase still makes sense after domestic delivery, warehouse evidence and international freight—is the real work.

A catalog image helps you identify a listing. It does not prove what the seller will send; the useful comparison begins with the warehouse record and photos of the received unit.

01

What an OOPBUY spreadsheet is actually good for

The best use of an OOPBUY spreadsheet is discovery. It can group source listings into shoes, hoodies, jackets, jerseys or smaller product themes, then give a buyer a faster route to a marketplace page. That is genuinely useful when the alternative is opening unrelated results one by one. A well-maintained directory also makes it easier to compare several listings in the same category instead of choosing the first attractive thumbnail.

The limit is equally important. A spreadsheet does not own the seller’s inventory, cannot stop a marketplace price from changing and cannot prove that an old title still describes the page behind it. A link that worked last month may now show a different variant, a deposit price, a deleted offer or an entirely different item. Calling every row “verified” would therefore overstate what a directory can know. On this site, “checked” means the destination and representative listing were reviewed on the stated date; it does not mean authenticity, stock or future quality is guaranteed.

02

Start with the source page, not the spreadsheet label

Open the Taobao, 1688 or Weidian destination and read it as if the spreadsheet did not exist. Compare the title, image gallery, seller name, listed CNY amount, available variants, size information and China-side delivery charge. Check whether the lowest price belongs to the item shown in the first image or to a small accessory, deposit or different option. If a listing uses several price tiers, select the intended variant before recording the cost.

Then keep a small evidence trail. Save the source URL and take a screenshot showing the color, size, quantity and any seller note you selected. This takes less than a minute and gives you a reference when the warehouse photos arrive. Without it, buyers often compare the received item with a memory of the listing rather than the actual variant they paid for. If the page changes after the order, the screenshot also makes it easier to explain the mismatch during after-sales communication.

03

Build a landed-cost budget before you decide it is cheap

The source price is only the first line of the budget. OOPBuy’s published shopping flow separates the product-stage payment from the later international parcel payment. A realistic worksheet therefore includes the item, domestic delivery from the seller to the warehouse, payment or conversion costs shown at checkout, optional warehouse services, international shipping and possible tax or customs charges. The number beside a spreadsheet find is never a guaranteed delivered price.

A simple test prevents many disappointing orders: if the purchase only makes sense at the source price, it is not ready. Add a shipping reserve before paying for the item. Do not assume that a coupon shown in an advertisement will apply to your country, parcel or chosen line. Coupons have conditions and expiry dates, while shipping is calculated later from the eligible parcel. It is safer to view any promotion as a possible reduction rather than part of the base calculation.

04

Understand the order route before paying

OOPBuy’s public beginner material describes the normal agent sequence: submit a marketplace link or find a product, confirm the order details, pay the product and local delivery amount, wait for seller dispatch, then wait for the warehouse to receive and inspect the item. The warehouse stage matters because the seller and the purchasing agent do different jobs. The seller controls the goods and domestic dispatch; the agent places the purchase, receives the parcel and provides the warehouse workflow.

Seller dispatch is not the same as warehouse storage. A tracking update can show that a domestic package was delivered while intake, weighing and inspection are still being processed. Wait until the order status and warehouse record confirm the item is stored. Only then do the photographs and measured information belong to the received unit. If an order is unusually delayed, check the seller’s dispatch status and the platform messages separately instead of assuming the warehouse already has the goods.

05

Use warehouse inspection as a decision point

OOPBuy’s inspection information says the warehouse verifies quantity, color, size and other specifications and can inspect the appearance for damage. Its fine-photography explanation says regular inspection generally provides three ordinary views: front, back and side or logo. Those images are useful for confirming the broad item, visible color, exposed size label, obvious surface damage and whether expected pieces appear to be included.

They are not a laboratory test. Photographs cannot reliably prove fiber composition, long-term durability, internal electronics, comfort, exact color under daylight or authenticity. Warehouse lighting and camera exposure can shift color, and a folded garment can hide shape. Decide which missing view would change your choice. A measurement, label close-up, sole, connector or damaged corner may be worth requesting; another nearly identical front image usually is not. OOPBuy’s published value-added table lists detailed photographs at CNY 1 each after the free inspection views, but verify the live service screen before purchase because prices can change.

06

Make the return-or-ship choice while the item is still in China

Do not submit an international parcel merely because the item reached the warehouse. Compare the received evidence with the saved source page. Check the selected variant, quantity, size tag, visible construction, major alignment, stains, tears, dents and included accessories. If a defect or mismatch would bother you after delivery, it matters before shipping too.

The current OOPBuy return-and-exchange page says a no-reason request can be submitted within five days, or 120 hours, after an order becomes “Stored in Warehouse,” calculated from the next full hour. That does not mean every seller accepts every return. Seller restrictions, customized goods, hygiene products or listings without after-sales service may change eligibility. The broader returns page says the first return or exchange operation in a calendar month is exempt from the platform service fee, while later applications and seller-side transport can create charges. Read the live order’s after-sales option and start early rather than treating 120 hours as a target.

07

Use storage time to consolidate carefully

Current OOPBuy product pages and the public storage policy advertise 90 days of free storage. This gives buyers time to wait for several orders and build one parcel, but it should not become a reason to ignore after-sales deadlines. The return window can close long before the storage period. Inspect each item soon after intake, resolve problems, and only then leave approved items waiting for consolidation.

The public storage page says an expired free period can be extended for CNY 10 per 30 days. Do not plan around an extension without checking the current item timer and service screen: an extra month of storage cannot reopen a seller return window that has already closed. Storage is a consolidation tool, not a substitute for inspecting each arrival promptly.

08

Submit the parcel only after a fresh route comparison

International shipping is a second purchase decision. OOPBuy’s estimator uses destination and parcel information to show eligible routes, but an early result is a planning figure. The parcel tutorial states that the initial shipping payment is estimated and that the actual shipping cost appears in “My Shipments” after the merchant packs the parcel. Packed dimensions, final weight, product restrictions and optional services can change both price and route availability.

Compare eligible lines, not only the smallest number. Read the accepted product types, tracking, expected transit range, compensation rules and destination restrictions. Insurance is not a promise that every loss, delay or customs event will be reimbursed; OOPBuy’s insurance page directs users to the compensation standard for the selected line. Keep screenshots of the submitted parcel, declaration and selected service. The disciplined sequence is simple: find, verify, order, inspect, resolve, estimate again, then ship.

09

A final 60-second checklist

Before payment, ask whether the source page still matches the card, whether the selected variant is clear, whether the total budget includes shipping and whether the seller permits after-sales service. After warehouse intake, compare the item with your saved evidence and decide whether another view is genuinely necessary. Before international submission, confirm the destination, contents, packed data, eligible route and compensation wording.

That routine is less exciting than a list promising thousands of “must-buy” finds, but it is more useful. A spreadsheet should reduce search time, not remove judgment. The aim is not to predict a perfect order; it is to catch the avoidable mistakes while the listing, warehouse evidence and after-sales options can still be checked.
